Reclaiming SLOW. Reclaiming LIFE

Aloha Divine Ones,

The transmission today focuses on SLOW.  You might think that the world is anything but at this moment, right?  I mean, how did we get to September?!?!

Please know, says Spirit, that the fast moving, frenetic pace is an AGENDA to keep you exhausted, off center and doing anything BUT living your divine purpose.

In order to 'keep our cool' so to speak, we must reclaim each moment.  Allow the face paced world to zip by while you stand your ground and come back to center.

Your spiritual challenge this week is to take at least (or more, way more!) 5 minutes EACH DAY to remind yourself that everything is a choice.  Reclaim those 5 minutes focusing on your breath, breathing in and out calmly and with intention.  Say to the Universe that you are actively RECLAIMING your breath, your energy and your life.

Your second challenge is to let go of something this week.  Do you really need to run to Target right now? Do you really need to buy more stuff?  Really pay attention to your actions-- how are you contributing to your own overwhelm.  What can you let go of.  (YES there is something!!)

I'd love to hear how it went for you. What did you let go of?  How did it feel to let go of something?  How do you feel in general?  What is coming up for you?

Be part of our community where each day with each breath we are committing to making our world a little lighter and brighter by changing something within.

With Love,

High Priestess Mea Ananda
